Children as young as 2 years old can help out in the kitchen. You can have your child wash fruits and vegetables or stir ingredients. Children are more opened to trying new foods if they have opportunities to explore and learn about the food before they eat it.

Opt for a Walk

Go for a nature walk or a ride by taking Minimal Covid-19 safety measures. While you are on a nature walk, collect some leaves, stones, mud, etc. Build some sculptures at home; this will make the kids to be occupied.

Amusement @ Home

  • Plan A Music Concert: Allow them to enjoy the musical sense around their room.

Remember: Placing boundaries on social media exposure & mobile phone usage is a good preventative action. Try to think of yourself as their mentor and step up!

Do reach out to your friends and family in time of their need.
