Hinds Co, MS (August 30, 2021) – A vehicle collision in Hinds County on Monday, August 30 resulted in verified injuries. Local officials reported the incident around 1:12 p.m. that day. According to initial accounts, the incident occurred near Exit 96B on the Interstate 55 NB ramp to High Street. As a result of the collision, at least one of the people involved sustained undisclosed injuries. The ramp was blocked due to the accident. Ambulances were dispatched to assist the injured and transport them to neighboring hospitals for treatment. The nature of the injuries is still being established.
