Tracey Warner Halama on Five Traits Every CEO Should Possess, with Lindsay Pinchuk on Dear FoundHer… Podcast

Tracey Warner Halama, CEO of Vital Proteins, was interviewed by Lindsay Pinchuk of Dear FoundHer… Podcast on the five traits every CEO should possess.

Tracey Warner Halama currently serves as the CEO of Vital Proteins, overseeing the day-to-day business operations and growth strategy of a high growth billion dollar brand. Vital Proteins is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nestle Health Science and is proud to count Jennifer Aniston as Chief Creative Officer. In this episode, Tracey talks about her career journey, the growth of Vital from a small company to one backed by Jennifer Aniston and shares the top five traits every CEO should possess.

“In order for you to make it perfect, you have to test it. And in order to test it, you’ve got to get it out there in the market,” explains Tracey Warner Halama, CEO of Vital Proteins, an ingestible collagen brand that is proud to have Jennifer Aniston as their Chief Creative Officer. Tracey is a big proponent of being able to pivot when things are not working. So often in the tech world, people, especially women, are told to keep their heads down and not shake things up. Tracey on the other hand encourages lifelong learning and curiosity and instills this belief into her team. She strives for progress over perfection, testing products out on the market and viewing failures as learning opportunities.
