Oxford, MS (August 24, 2021) – On Tuesday, August 24, a car accident in Oxford resulted in verified injuries.
At 7:20 a.m. that morning, local officials reported the event. According to initial accounts, the incident occurred near Cambridge Station on the 801 block of Frontage Road. At least one of the persons involved in the incident suffered unreported injuries as a result of the collision.
Following the crash, many lanes were blocked at the scene. Ambulances were rushed to help the injured and take them to nearby hospitals where they could be treated. The exact nature of the injuries is still unknown. There has been no further information released at this time.
