Berkley, CO (August 27, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Berkley area sent an undisclosed number of people to area hospitals with injuries. Just after 8:20 a.m., on August 27, authorities were requested on-site at a crash on US Highway 287. Reports from the Colorado Department of Transportation show that a crash took place in the southbound side of the highway near 64th Avenue. The incident caused moderate delays in the area due to its blocking of several southbound lanes. Emergency medical services responded to the site of the accident to treat victims and transport those in need of further care to area hospitals.
