Biloxi, MS (August 29, 2021) – Emergency responders finally recovered the body of the person that was thrown into the water after a truck accident on the I-110 bridge. The accident took place on Saturday, August 28th at about 12:40 p.m. Biloxi Police said that a man was towing a tractor behind his pick-up truck when, for reasons that have yet to be determined, he lost control of his vehicle. He was then ejected from the truck into the water. Authorities conducted a water search. About two hours after the accident occurred, rescuers pulled the body of the man from the water. He has not yet been identified. A passenger in the truck sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital in stable condition. We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time. Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family in hopes of a full recovery.
