CR 250S, lot 131, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250. • 10:26 p.m. Sunday - Lantz Michael Garrett, 30, of 704 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16, strangulation and interfering in the reporting of a crime. No bond set. • 10:52 p.m. Sunday - Kayleen Michele Van Nostrand, 24, of 2447 W. Wildwood Trail, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600. • 9:38 a.m. Monday - Dwayne Caleb Haden, 26, Portage, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500. • 9:42 a.m. Monday - Eric Michael Rasmussen, 41, Mishawaka, arrested for a community correction violation. No bond set. • 11:05 a.m. Monday - Darcell Dejuan-Deshawn Scott, 34, of 424 W.
