San Patricio County, TX. (August 31, 2021)- 39-year-old Joe Guerra was killed, and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash on August 29, 2021 in San Patricio County, Texas. The accident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on FM 666. Police reported that a Ford F-250 was traveling southbound when it attempted to make a turn into a private driveway. The Ford was then rear-ended by a speeding Chevrolet Suburban. The impact caused both vehicles to veer off the roadway. Guerra Jr., the driver of the Ford, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the Ford was transported to Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi with unknown injuries. Two people in the Chevrolet were transported to CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline Hospital for treatment. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
