Rhea Chakraborty took to her Instagram story to talk about mindless social media scrolling. The actress, who has been quite active on Instagram lately after the death of her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14, 2020, urged fans to spend more time in the real world. Rhea was last seen in Rumi Jafry's recently released film, Chehre, also starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi.

Rhea Chakraborty is slowly and steadily getting over the trauma she faced after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. After spending around a month in Mumbai's Byculla jail and constantly being under attack on social media, the actress is finally getting back to Instagram. On Tuesday night (August 31), she shared an enlightening post on her Instagram story.

She wrote, "Mindless scrolling on social media causes disengagement in real life, disengagement in real life makes it seem dull and boring. Live your life, your life is not here. It’s all around you. Love - RC (sic)."

On the occasion of Shibani’s 41st birthday recently, Rhea Chakraborty shared an adorable photo of the two of them. She also wrote a heartfelt note for her best friend, who stood by her side during Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case investigation.
