Forest Park, OH (August 30, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Forest Park area ended in injuries. At around 4:26 p.m., on August 29, emergency crews were requested on-site at a collision on Sharon Road.
Reports from the Forest Park Police Department show that a white 2015 Ford Fusion was traveling west on Sharon Road. As the vehicle stopped at the intersection of Waycross Road, it was struck from behind by a white 2006 GMC pickup truck. Reports show that the driver of the GMC, a 47-year-old male, was looking at his phone for directions when the accident took place.
A passenger in the Ford, a 64-year-old female, sustained injuries in the accident. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
