Fresno, CA (September 4, 2021) – Three people sustained injuries on the morning of Friday, September 3 in north Fresno after a disgruntled ex employee purposely crashed his vehicle into the front door of the business.
The incident occurred in the 5200 block of North Blackstone Avenue at the Authorized Vac and Sew when a man who was fired from his job crashed his car into the front of the building. The man was fired for the way he was treating female employees, according to reports.
One victim was transported to an area medical center for the treatment of injuries to her leg, while two others suffered minor injuries. Those involved have not been identified at this time.
The vehicle ended up approximately 70 feet inside of the business and struck another wall, according to statements from officials at the scene. The front counter was shoved through an office and some people present in the office at the time were struck by the cabinets of the counter.
According to reports concerning the incident, The ex-employee currently faces charges including assault with a deadly weapon. Approximately 12 people were present inside of the business at the time of the collision. All were emotionally distraught after the wreck occurred.
