Biloxi, MS (September 6, 2021) – There was a deadly crash reported in Biloxi on Saturday, September 4.
The fatal accident occurred on Interstate 10. The incident was reported by local sources that afternoon at around 12:40 p.m. A man was reportedly operating a truck that was hauling a tractor-trailer.
The driver lost control of the vehicle on the interstate. The truck spun out of control and hit the west-side barrier of the bridge. The driver was ejected and sent flying over the barrier. The man was pulled from the water at around 2:30 p.m. and pronounced dead. A passenger in the vehicle was also injured in the crash.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
