Denver, CO - Injuries Reported in Collision at 70th Ave & I-25 - Burg Simpson

Denver, CO (September 2, 2021) – Emergency crews in the Denver area were requested to provide assistance at the scene of an accident that ended in injuries. At around 7:26 a.m., on September 2, calls for assistance came in regarding a collision on 70th Avenue.
Reports from the Denver Police Department indicate that a collision between vehicles blocked 70th Avenue at the intersection of Interstate 25. The incident prompted emergency crews to close off the roadway for an extended time as they worked to clear the scene. Medics rendered aid to victims briefly on-site before transporting them to area hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
