Jefferson, CO (September 4, 2021) – A motor vehicle collision reported in the Unincorporated Jefferson area ended in injuries. At around 8:18 p.m., on September 3, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on West Chatfield Avenue.
Reports from the West Metro Fire Rescue indicate that a traffic-related incident occurred on West Chatfield Avenue that caused moderate delays in the area of South Kipling Parkway. The incident prompted crews to close off the roadway as they worked to clear the scene.
Medical personnel responded to the site of the crash and rendered aid to victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital where they underwent further treatment of injuries. At this time, investigations surrounding the accident are underway.
