Florida Certified Master Builder, an organization created to help consumers find trustworthy builders, has recognized , the owner and co-founder of the Sarasota-based luxury builder Nautilus Homes, as a Florida Certified Master Builder.
Builders who are awarded this certification follow a higher standard than required for a state of Florida license. This designation is given to elite homebuilders, remodelers and commercial contractors who are dedicated to excellence in building and client satisfaction.
Perrone is one of only 32 builders in Florida and three in Sarasota County who have received the Master Builder certification.
Nautilus Homes is a full-service general contractor specializing in the construction of one-of-a-kind luxury waterfront homes on the keys and estates of Sarasota.
Information Security Officer Margo Leiter has worked with the Crews Banking Corp. for 40 years. Everyone involved in the corporation’s four Florida banks – Crews Bank & Trust, Charlotte State Bank & Trust, Englewood Bank & Trust and Wauchula State Bank – looks to Leiter to help maintain the security of information flowing in and out of the financial institutions.
Leiter earned the Certified Information Security Manager designation in 2011. She works closely with the company’s Information Technology department and branch personnel in developing and maintaining security systems and initiatives.
