• 3 p.m. Sunday - Gary Lee Jones, 33, of 208 S. Third St., Pierceton, arrested for felony failure to appear and resisting a law enforcement officer - fleeing on foot. No bond set.
• 6:09 p.m. Sunday - Darren Allen Diaz, 39, of 519 W. Winona Ave., #E, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 6:27 p.m. Sunday - Caleb Jared Hatfield, 32, Roann, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:07 p.m. Sunday - Debra Lynn Lackey, 39, of 719 W. Center St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry, misdemeanor failure to appear and two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:26 p.m. Sunday - Naomi Gonzales, 36, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 9:02 p.m. Sunday - Joshua Lee Stacy, 36, Carlisle, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. Bond: $450.
• 11:25 p.m. Sunday - Jaimee N. Suissi, 38, of 758 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
