A Pittsburgh-based law firm is relocating its West Shore office.
Tucker Arensberg signed a long-term lease in July to relocate its office from Lemoyne Drive in Lemoyne to the Camp Hill Corporate Center at 300 Corporate Center Drive in East Pennsboro Township. Tucker Arensberg leased 8,526 square feet of space.
Tucker Arensberg has a number of practice areas including criminal defense, personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation, real estate, business and finance, and estate and trust planning.
In addition to Pittsburgh and Cumberland County, the law firm also has offices in New York and California. The law firm has around 70 attorneys and was founded in 1900.
Michael Curran and Drew Bobincheck of Landmark Commercial Realty/TCN, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant; Jason Sourbeer of Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania represented the landlord, Linlo Properties.
