Vicksburg, MS (September 16, 2021) – A multi-vehicle accident in the Vicksburg area resulted in a fatality on Wednesday, September 15.
The fatal crash was reported early that morning at the intersection of US-61 and Dana Road. According to local sources, three vehicles collided at the scene. A Nissan Altima, Cadillac Escalade, and a Toyota Camry were involved in the crash.
The driver of the Altima, Donald Leroy Schuman of Vicksburg, was killed in the impact. A child was in the Escalade at the time of the crash. No other injuries were reported. No further updates on the accident have been made public at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
