The creator of a step-by-step system for branding and small business development described the journey of becoming a brand manager.

“I guess it's just easy for me to find weaknesses. I understand where it's broken and how to fix it. That's why I'm often invited as a crisis management specialist.”

Julia Kushnir is a brand maker, entrepreneur, writer and creator of the original business development methodology. She helps projects from the ground up, creates dominant names and has a creative hand in such brands as "University of Educational Medicine" and "International Art Festival Artlife".

When asked about how she became a brandmaker in a time when only global giants cared about branding, Julia shared some of her story:

"It's just now entrepreneurs become more flexible. Now small businesses and online projects are also interested in branding, but it used to not be like that."

One of the first projects was a wedding salon, which, she says, in 3 years of activity became the largest salon in St. Petersburg and the most famous in the country:

"Analyzing that success, it became clear that its foundation was my understanding of branding. I used knowledge which I found only in foreign sources. In Russia at that time, no one thought that such systems were applicable to small businesses".

In an effort to break away from her competitors, Julia seemed to have intuitively created a system that helped her project become a market leader. And after the reputable businesswoman released several clothing lines and sold her salon, her former competitors began to turn to her for advice and expert analysis.

Conducting numerous consultations, Julia began to see recurring mistakes of entrepreneurs, weak points and lack of consistency. So her intuitive system firmed up and went beyond the wedding niche, turning into a full-fledged author's methodology for business development,

"By creating an educational product, I noticed a growing demand among those who were trained but couldn't or didn't want to do it on their own, while being willing to pay for it. That's how this service came about in Russia. I started doing their branding instead of my clients."

In 2023, Julia works on a full-service functional medicine platform. It came about while turning professional nutritionology courses into the University of Educational Medicine. "I want people to be healthier and have the tools to self-regulate their health conditions," the brandmaker shares.

At the moment, Julia Kushnir continues to implement her ideas and knowledge in the international arena.
