Each application for the Cases&Faces Award is reviewed by an independent jury comprised of experienced professionals with outstanding achievements in their respective fields. In the 2024 contest, 14 high-level experts participated in the judging panel. Among them were Aisuluu Chymyrbaeva, a mentor in the Women's Entrepreneurship Program, a member of the JIA Business Association, the Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation (Kyrgyzstan Branch) and ICF Global, and Timur Vershinin, a pioneer of business blogging and author of the influential book "Another Life," who supports training projects and bloggers in marketing, sales and legal aspects.The judges thoroughly evaluated the entries, identifying the most outstanding works that set new business standards.

This year, 13 winners were celebrated in categories such as e-commerce, technology innovation, IoT, wholesale, human resources, marketing, and more. The competition highlighted the groundbreaking innovations and exceptional leadership that are shaping the future of business. For example, in the Achievement in Science or Technology category, Dmirtii Pshichenko, Associate Professor at the Department of Business Informatics, HSE Graduate School of Business (Russia), secured victory. He spearheaded the project for non-airfield-based vertical take-off and landing unmanned aerial vehicles (KAMA VTOL UAV), enabling users, technology developers, and manufacturers to realize significant business advantages by expanding the aircraft's scope and scale.

The Achievement in Product Innovation award went to Evgenii Frolikov, the author of the patented Vulnerability Remediation System for Java Libraries, which supports over 1500 libraries. The system provides a unique solution for detecting and resolving vulnerabilities in Java libraries through automatic backporting of security fixes.

The nominee for Executive of the Year in the Retail category was Sergey Televatyuk, CEO of Lochmaty Kashalot, who developed the omnichannel methodology integrating online and offline retail and introduced the click-and-collect system, which is now used in more than ten countries.

Tatiana Kolmogorova was nominated as the leader in the HR Business Partnership category for the creation and successful implementation of the HR Business Partnership methodology in the world's leading FMCGs.
