Here are four things to know about Garland’s ghost kitchen and virtual food hall.

1. 25 kitchen units for long- and short-term rentals.

Revolving Kitchen is just what it sounds like. Instead of locking into long-term contracts, local and small business owners and food entrepreneurs can have the flexibility of trying to build and grow their venture without a lease. Revolving Kitchen’s 25 units are rentable by the hour or on a long-term basis. The facility also provides businesses the equipment and resources needed to create food products, including 9,000 square feet of storage for food.

2. Revolving Kitchen is a homegrown venture.

The entire Revolving Kitchen team and its founder, Tyler Shin, live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and are involved in their communities and the local food scene.

3. It’s not just a commercial kitchen for rent. It’s also a ghost kitchen.

Revolving Kitchen doesn’t just enable businesses to rent kitchen space — it also allows them to deliver their products without paying fees to third-party services or relying on them.

Revolving Kitchen has a Virtual Food Hall app that allows groups or individuals to order different plates and cuisines from multiple local restaurants that are housed inside the facility.
