Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher partner Jason C. Lo has entered an appearance for Apple in a pending antitrust lawsuit focused on the market for iOS apps. The suit was filed June 15 in California Northern District Court by attorney Omero Banuelos on behalf of app developer Thomas M. Reilly, who contends that his currency exchange application, Konverti, was unfairly removed from the Apple Store. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong, is 4:21-cv-04601, Reilly v. Apple Inc.
