Oxford, MS (August 28, 2021) – An accident involving an unspecified number of vehicles took place in Oxford on Saturday, August 28th. Police reports indicate that the crash took place at about 5:10 p.m. in the southbound lanes of State Highway 7. Emergency response crews were called to the site to aid police with victim rescue and in determining the cause of the accident. Paramedics were also on the scene to render medical aid to the injured victims. No additional details have been released. This incident is still under investigation by local law enforcement.
