Walmart and other defendants have turned to lawyer Nicholas Elias Deeb of McLain & Merritt to fight a pending personal injury lawsuit. The suit was filed July 16 in Georgia Northern District Court by Payne & Du Toit on behalf of Tamika Robinson. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Eleanor L. Ross, is 1:21-cv-02880, Robinson v. Walmart, Inc. et al.
