Boulder County, CO (August 29, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Boulder County on Friday afternoon ended in injuries. At around 1:49 p.m., on August 27, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Flagstaff Road.
Reports from the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office show that a 26-year-old Penske moving truck and a 15-foot Penske moving truck collided on Flagstaff Road during the afternoon hours.
The driver of the 15-foot truck, a 27-year-old man, was airlifted to Denver Health Medical Center for the treatment of life-threatening injuries. The driver of the second truck, a 23-year-old man, was transported to Boulder Community Health’s Foothills Hospital for the treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
