Brentwood, CA (September 1, 2021) – One person required hospitalization after an auto accident occurred in the Brentwood area on Thursday, August 26. The wreck was reported to authorities at around 4:00 p.m., according to reports.
Sources indicate that the collision occurred on Apricot Way between three vehicles. Officers from the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District along with Brentwood Police and paramedics were dispatched to the scene shortly after the incident took place.
Four parties were involved in the three-vehicle crash. One of them required emergency transport to an area trauma center to be treated for moderate injuries, according to information from officials.
A tree was knocked down due to the crash, information from reports revealed. A truck was seen damaged along the sidewalk of Apricot Way along with a Jeep missing a rear tire and wheel. A Lexus SUV was also parked on the curb of the street.
Additional information concerning the incident has not been provided to the public at this time. Police in Brentwood continue to investigate.
