Terrell, TX. (September 2, 2021)- Eight people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on August 28, 2021 in Terrell, Texas. The accident occurred around 6:00 p.m. on Interstate 20 near FM 429. Police reported that the driver of a Chevrolet pickup truck failed to control their speed and rear-ended a 2013 Kia Optima. The pickup truck then struck a Chevrolet Equinox. Four occupants in the pickup truck were rushed to Baylor Hospital. One person in the Kia was transported to UT Health, and three others were taken to Methodist of Dallas. The three people in the Equinox were uninjured in the crash. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
