Arrested at 1:52 AM for following too closely and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Defendant caused an accident by following too closely while driving a 2003 Chevrolet Pick-Up Truck on West Barney Street, police said. Defendant then fled the scene of the personal injury accident, police said. Defendant was arrested by New York State Police in the town of Antwerp for DWI and Aggravated DWI after fleeing the scene. Defendant was issued two uniform traffic tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date.

Arrested at 1:50 AM for Harassment 2 nd – physical contact. Defendant punched and pushed the victim during a physical domestic, police said. Defendant was issued an appearance ticket for Harassment 2nd with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
