Stockton, CA (September 6, 2021) – A pedestrian crash with injuries happened in the Tam O’Shanter neighborhood of Stockton in the late-night hours of September 5. At around 11:40 p.m., responders were called to the scene of the incident in order to render aid to involved parties.
According to information provided by officials, the wreck took place at the intersection of East March Lane and West Lane when an unidentified pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. Paramedics assisted the injured party at the scene.
The extent of the injuries suffered by the individual has not been reported to the public at this time. Various responders were observed on-site including police and EMTs.
Traffic was backed up in the area for some time while crews worked on-site in order to secure the area and help the injured party. Commuters were asked to find alternative travel routes while police investigated the circumstances of the incident.
Our thoughts are with the injured party in hopes of a full recovery. The investigation into the details of the crash continues.
