Two Killed in DUI Crash on Texas 66 near Dexham Road in Garland - The Benton Law Firm

Garland, TX. (September 6, 2021)- Two people were killed crash on September 5, 2021 in Garland, Texas. The accident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on westbound Texas 66 near Dexham Road. Police reported that the driver of an SUV rear-ended a vehicle occupied by the victims. The impact caused the vehicle to hit a concrete barrier and catch fire. Two people in the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV was arrested and faces charges of intoxication assault. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
