Lamar Co, MS (September 8, 2021) – On September 8, a car incident in Lamar County resulted in confirmed injuries.
According to initial reports, the collision occurred near Cole Road on US-98 WB. At 2:14 p.m. that afternoon, local officials reported the incident. Several lanes of the roadway were blocked as a result of the incident.
At least one of the victims had unknown injuries as a consequence of the incident. Ambulances were rushed to help the injured and take them to nearby hospitals where they could be treated. The exact nature of the injuries is still unknown. No more information has been provided at this time.
