Blue Ash, OH – Four-Vehicle Accident on OH-126 near MM 32.2 - Burg Simpson

Blue Ash, OH (September 3, 2021) – A traffic-related incident reported in Blue Ash ended in injuries, according to local law enforcement. At around 2:54 p.m., on September 2, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Ohio State Route 126.
Reports from the Blue Ash Police Department show that a gray 2011 Ford Fusion, a black 2021 Honda CR-V, a gray 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, and a black 2010 Honda Crosstour were all traveling east on Ohio State Route 126 when they became involved in a collision near mile marker 32.2.
A 16-year-old female inside the Honda CR-V was transported to Bethesda North Hospital for the treatment of injuries. A 63-year-old female and a 68-year-old female inside the Chrysler were both injured. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
