Kenneth Weaver Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on US 90 at Main Lane in Jefferson County - The Benton Law Firm

Jefferson County, TX. (September 9, 2021)- 74-year-old Kenneth Weaver was injured in a two-vehicle crash on September 7, 2021 in Jefferson County, Texas. The accident occurred around 9:45 a.m. at the U.S. 90 and Main Lane intersection. Police reported that a northbound 20217 Mazda failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and collided with an eastbound 2001 Harley Davidson occupied by Weaver. Weaver was transported CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont with unknown injuries. The driver of the Mazda fled the scene but was later located. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
