Shelby Rogers: "I wish social media didn't exist" - Tennis World USA

Shelby Rogers was at the top 40 in the world a few weeks ago and in her career she boasts the quarter-finals at the Roland Garros and the US Open, as well as two finals played on the WTA Tour, in Bad Gastein in 2014 and in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.

This week, Shelby defeated countrywoman Madison Brengle, Sorana Cirstea and world number one Ashleigh Barty in New York before losing to very young British revelation Emma Raducanu with a clear score of 6-2 6-1. Following her last meeting, Rogers revealed that she received particularly heavy messages via social networks.

As also revealed by the Punto de Break website, the American said: "Yes, in a sense I wish social networks didn't exist.
