MOREAU – A South Glens Falls woman left the scene of a crash that injured a pedestrian last week, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said.
Officials described the pedestrian’s injuries as serious. The pedestrian was taken to Albany Medical Center for treatment.
Linda L. Nevins, 71, of Riverview Road, South Glens Falls, was arrested and charged Thursday with one count of leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, a felony.
She is accused of striking a pedestrian the evening of Sept. 8, at about 8:30 p.m., and then fleeing the scene, officials said.
Investigators located the vehicle and Nevins early the next morning at her residence, officials said.
She was processed and released to appear in court later.
