Eventus Systems Inc. reported Sept. 8 it had raised about $29.5 million of a roughly $30 million total offering from 27 investors, according to an SEC filing.

Rocket Dollar announced Sept. 9 it had raised $8 million in a series A funding round led by California-based Park West Asset Management.

Wander.com Inc. reported Sept. 10 it had raised $7.3 million from 47 investors, according to an amended regulatory filing.

Commons Clinic Inc. reported Sept. 7 it had raised about $3.9 million of a roughly $5.9 million total offering from 11 investors, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Html">raised a $4.9 million round in 2019.

Real Work Labs LLC announced Sept. 9 it had closed a $2.5 million funding round.

Advanced Telesensors Inc. reported Sept. 9 it had raised $577,000 of a $1.4 million total offering in equity and securities options from six investors, according to a regulatory prior week, an Austin company that offers a tech tool for event planning reported raising about $4 million - and Joe Londsale's investment firm filed paperwork announcing plans to raise a $90 million fund.
