LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech soccer team closed out non-conference play shutting out Eastern Washington, 3-0, behind three goals from freshman Sunday afternoon at the John Walker Soccer Complex. One minute into the second half, Williams tallied her fourth goal of the season to give TTU a 1-0 lead. Williams slotted home a pass from the right-side by into the top of the net. This time, she one-timed a pass from the left provided by. It's the first hat trick by a Red Raider since former TTU standout and Olympic gold medalist Janine Beckie scored three against Prairie View A&M in 2014. Williams also becomes the third freshman all-time to net a hat trick. Played the entire match in goal, collecting one save moving her record to 7-1-1 this season.
