Joseph Bankman and Barbara Fried, parents of Sam Bankman-Fried, are actively seeking the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by the cryptocurrency exchange FTX. In bankruptcy, the exchange aims to recover funds it alleges were fraudulently transferred.
