Warrior Women Launches Effective Model for Women Over 40 Thrive During Transitions

Empowering Women Over 40: Warrior Women Inc. Introduces Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) for Life Transitions

Warrior Women Inc., announces the release of a new model for empowering successful women over 40 in dealing with life transitions. Through her proprietary methods and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), achieving results faster.

As businesses speed up to get ahead of the online-everything, work-from-home new normal, most women over 40 are wrestling with burdens that can create significant stress on the mental and emotional front. These burdens, which impact the full range of day-to-day life, also significantly affect well-being and quality of life. Drawing from her semi-year report, quoting some statistics on these burdens: Warrior Women CEO Liz Svatek quoting facts from her annual report ‘Modern Women Need in 2024’: “According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) (NIMH), women are more likely to experience mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety, particularly during periods of hormonal change like menopause and perimenopause. These conditions can severely affect their quality of life if not addressed promptly. The Women’s Midlife Health Study highlighted that 67% of midlife women report experiencing three or more simultaneous stressors, which can lead to significant mental health challenges and difficulty in maintaining a balanced life.”

According to the Office on Women’s Health, the combination of these responsibilities and life changes can significantly impact mental health. Approximately 40% of women report that they experience high stress levels during midlife due to balancing work and family obligations.

RTT method (Rapid Transformational Therapy), focusing on the root causes of negative or ruminating behaviours, can provide relief and help women regain control over their minds quickly. The method also provides women with coping mechanisms for handling significant life changes so they feel supported through their period of change and can face it confidently.
