Signs your mental health needs attention:

  1. Change in appetite. Either eating too little or too much.

  2. Low energy levels and no longer finding pleasure in things you used to enjoy.

  3. Experiencing a higher level of anxiety and stress than usual, making it difficult to function.

  4. Even the smallest task you used to find easy now feels overwhelming. The to-do list gets longer as you avoid tasks.

  5. Having trouble getting to sleep, staying asleep, or having nightmares. End up leading to sleep deprivation.

  6. Withdrawing from friends and family. The idea of socializing feels too much to you.
