She begins the video by asking, “Who would you be if you were in your best physical and mental health?”
Ask yourself this question, and write down five characteristic traits you would embody. When you wake up in the morning, ask yourself the behaviors you can act out today to embody those characteristics traits. The goal is to develop habitual behaviors so that you gradually become the best version of yourself.
