Maryland based Veteran and nurse, educates the masses on the importance of CPR and first aid.



With the recent tragedy that happened during a Monday night football game the entire nation witnessed the importance of CPR being administered immediately. Unfortunately, in many cases, there is no one around who knows proper CPR. That’s why we need CPR experts and trainers like Victoria Buggs.

Victoria Y. Buggs hails from Gary, Indiana. She is a qualified Registered Nurse who served 20 years in the military. Her nursing career began in 2007 as a nursing student at Howard University. She went on to obtain several academic degrees including a Masters of Public Health, Bachelors of Nursing, Bachelors of Science Health Educator and is also a certified Case Manager (CM) and Delegating Nurse (DN).

In 2015, Victoria stepped out on faith and launched Center for Health Educators and Safety Specialists, LLC where she provides CPR services and safety training to healthcare professionals and laypersons. Her center services the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. she has trained hundreds of medical professionals and non-medical professionals to become certified in CPR and first aid.

Her many accomplishments include obtaining her Woman Owned Small Business certification and Department of Veteran Affairs verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Certification. Victoria has also been awarded the Maryland Hero Award.

Victoria is a dedicated professional and is very passionate about educating the masses especially concerning healthcare and safety issues.
