We are excited to share the trailer for Glass House Distribution's upcoming psycho-drama and Film Festival hit, Dying to Sleep.
This 90 minute psychological thriller is the feature film directorial debut for Paris Dylan (2023 Emmy-Nominee), that will release on-demand and digital via Amazon Prime Video and other platforms July 24, 2023. Newcomer SarahLydia Sophia leads as “Mary Swanson”, alongside Academy Award-Nominee Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight), Dave Sheridan (Scary Movie), and Victoria Baldesarra (“Michelle” in The Next Step).
Dying to Sleep follows a young woman who is plagued with terrifying nightmares, a broken family, and a mysterious Holistic Doctor (Dar Dixon) who haunts her as she searches for the strength to find forgiveness amongst dark betrayals.
Boasting 61 wins and nominations from film festivals around the world, claiming awards like Best Picture, Best Screenplay (Paris Dylan, Patch Moore, Muneeb Rehman), and Best Ensemble Cast. When asked about the accomplishments, Director Paris Dylan commented, “It’s a noteworthy distinction to be recognized across 14 different Award Categories. That speaks volumes to the overall success of the film and the people who worked on it. It truly takes a village. I’m so proud of everyone.”

Along with a storyline full of meaningful topics like LGBTQ identity and old vs. new medicine, Dying to Sleep possesses stunning visuals that stars remarkable production design (James Flook & Allison K Joseph) and SPFX HMU (Danni Delgado). Also contributing to the entertainment is the engaging edit (Matthew Coleshill) and score (Jesse Billson). SarahLydia Sophia was quoted at the North Hollywood Cinefest premiere, “The team did an incredible job and we are so grateful to have worked with such strong department heads.”
Dying to Sleep was produced by Mike Hermosa of “Wild7 Films”, Dylan’s “LOOK MOM media” and Sophia’s “The Vineyard Productions” over the period of 2 years.
Hermosa most recently directed and produced the highly anticipated, “Invisible Raptor”. And Kyle Stefanski of Wild7 Films has “Inside Man” releasing this August starring Emile Hirsch and Lucy Hale.
