In a move to instill a deeper sense of purpose within their team and make a significant impact on the community, the Great Lakes Division of NFM Lending initiated a new sales contest named "Champions for Charity." Through this initiative, their loan originators select charities that hold special meaning to them and then compete in their favor.
NFM Lending commits to donating between $500 and $1,500 to each chosen charity, provided the loan originator meets the prescribed criteria. Given the potential for every originator to secure a win, this initiative could channel up to $20,000 each month into local charities, predominantly benefiting Central Ohio and northeast Ohio where most of our loan originators call home.
“NFM is always working to support the communities where we work. Our hope is that Champions for Charity will not only boost the service and experience for our clients and partners who benefit from our continued attention to best practices, but it will also allow us to back various charities as designated by our loan officers creating a higher purpose to everything that we do,” said Daniel Sa, President of the Great Lakes Division of NFM.
The contest kicked off in August. NFM Lending will share further details on the participating charities and announce the top winners monthly.
