HostColor Announced AMD Dedicated Servers In New York

AMD-based Servers hosted in New York data centers by HostColor.com

The edge hosting services provider HostColor.com (HC) has announced the immediate availability of AMD-powered Dedicated Servers hosted in data centers in NYC and the New York metropolitan area.

HostColor.com upgraded its hosting service portfolio of New York Dedicated Servers with server configurations powered by AMD Ryzen and AMD EPYC processors, high-speed NMVe SSD-based storage, and 30,000 GB data transfer quota on a 10-gigabit network connection.

The company's most popular AMD-powered dedicated server features on an EPYC 7443P processor that features 24 CPU Cores, and 48 Threads at 2.85 GHz. The server comes with 256 GB RAM, 2x 2TB NMVe, and a 10 Gbps network bandwidth connection with a default data transfer quota of 30 TB. Like all other bare-metal servers, this configuration can be scaled in RAM, storage capacity, and data transfer quotas. The configuration is available in the New York metropolitan area.

New York is one of the first five U.S. metropolitan markets where HostColor started delivering AMD-powered servers. The others are Ashburn, VA; Bend, OR; Charlotte, NC; New York, NY, and Dallas, TX.

All AMD Dedicated Servers are configured on-demand with an operating system or specific virtualization technology to create cloud-based application environments that can be used for single-tenant or multi-tenant private or public dedicated clouds.

“The New York metropolitan area is one of HostColor's most important markets, where we deliver Cloud and Bare Metal dedicated servers with low latency for real-time data processing and storage. Our clients benefit from the Semi-Managed services that improve their application delivery while saving them a lot of time and financial resources on network management and server maintenance," says HostColors executive Dimitar Avramov.

Semi-Managed Dedicated Servers

All Edge Dedicated hosting services delivered by HostColor.com, including the AMD-based servers, are Semi-Managed. The company's administrators install and configure the servers to the client's custom bare-metal or cloud-based technology environment, reinstall the operating system per request, and help server owners troubleshoot any operating system, networking, or software configuration issues.

HostColor operates a platform for the provisioning of Semi-Managed, US Dedicated Servers with 1 Gbps to 30 Gbps bandwidth rate ports from 50 edge data center locations.
