For the third year in a row, Oschad received the award Ukraine's Best Domestic Private Bank for the best premium banking from the international analytical publication Euromoney in recognition of the quality of its customer offers and strong business performance, and became the only Ukrainian bank recognized in this rating.
Analysts and editors of the publication determined the winners at the country level. For this purpose, they used a proprietary scoring system that took into account the improvements and achievements of financial institutions in the development of Private Banking services in the reporting period.
The award from the British analytical publication was received, in particular, for increasing the number of premium customers and the liability portfolio by 23% in 2023, expanding the premium infrastructure (71 locations, 90 managers), ensuring the concept of a family bank with a wide range of targeted products and developing investment solutions (government bonds in the primary and secondary markets).
The bank offers its customers premium locations in each regional office and a flagship premium center in Kyiv. Taking care of a wider range of interests of its customers than just banking, Oschad supports Ukrainian art by organizing private art events with the participation of famous Ukrainian artists, providing free access to exhibitions and holding private lectures on investing, etc. Also, since last year, Oschadbank has been offering its premium clients weekly digests with analytics of financial markets and the economy.
