Manhattan Beach, CA - The 115-year-old philanthropic organization The Neptunian Woman's Club announced it has elected its first Latina President, Patricia Blakemore, a distinguished Realtor with Palm Realty Boutique and Homes90266. She starts her term on June 1, 2024. As the oldest civic organization in the South Bay Area, the electorate found Blakemore’s altruistic nature and impressive business credentials to be two key factors in her competency for the office.
Blakemore is eager to help lead this 100% volunteer organization, which has donated millions to local charities since its founding. She intends to bring the same assets to her leadership role that she is known for in the Realtor community; namely transparency, teamwork, and making even tasks as complex as purchasing luxury properties seem seamless.
A Palm Realty Boutique All-star in 2020 and 2021 who was responsible for more than $1 billion in sales over her 34-year career, Blakemore has equally big aspirations for The Neptunian Woman's Club.

Formerly its marketing director, Blakemore plans on leveraging the same people-first approach that has led to her 90 percent referral rate in her Realty business, Homes90266, to raise funds and entice others to join in the efforts.
When not hosting open houses, like the one she has scheduled on Sunday, April 28, 2024 1PM-5PM at 212 The Strand, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 for an impressive $10,500,000.00 home just half a mile from Manhattan Beach, or spending time with her children, Blakemore will be hard at work planning events and other ways to increase charitable donations.
“All of the net funds raised are infused back into the local area through charitable donations and philanthropic programs,” said Blakemore. “I want to further engage the 215 active, incredible Neptunian women we currently have, and encourage even more to join our noble cause.”
In addition to her new role with the Neptunian Woman’s Club, Blakemore served as the National Volunteer Coordinator for the "She Ready Foundation", where she handled prepping the volunteers for foster care awareness efforts and managed volunteer communications.
