Las Vegas STEM Pipeline Initiative Reaches Over 500 Students, Empowering the Next Generation of STEM Leaders

LAS VEGAS, NV — The Las Vegas STEM Pipeline Initiative, supported by the Adair Family Foundation, has successfully engaged more than 500 local students through comprehensive STEM outreach and mentorship programs from February to April 2025.

In collaboration with the UNLV Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine and Roseman University, the initiative delivers hands-on STEM experiences, targeted mentorship, and innovative AI-driven tools for personalized student pathways. The program focuses on increasing STEM awareness, supporting educational partnerships, and removing barriers for Las Vegas students pursuing STEM careers.

The Las Vegas STEM Pipeline Initiative underscores the importance of community-supported pathways in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, emphasizing inclusivity and opportunity for all Las Vegas students.
