As July marks Self-Care Month, individuals are encouraged to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This annual observance serves as a reminder to reflect on healthy habits and invest in practices that nurture the mind and body. Among the essential components of self-care is skin health—a vital, yet often overlooked, aspect of overall wellness.
